Planning a Wedding can be stressful, but ordering Stationery shouldn’t be.

At Invite, we’re here to make the process smooth and stress-free, so you can focus on the rest of your big day. From custom designs to quick turnarounds, I’ll handle everythign with care and attention to detail.

The Order Process

Step 1. Get in Touch

We realise you may have lots of questions before placing an order, so you can get in touch by emailing sinead@invite.ie or give us a call on 064 6676100 / 01 211 8688.

We know there is nothing like a good old-fashioned chat! We’ll talk through what you have planned for your big day, your ideas, and how this can be reflected best in your stationery.

Step 2. Place your Order

We ask you to fill out our order form, which you can download here: simply fill this out with all your information and send it back to us via email to: sinead@invite.ie. This is required before we begin your artwork. We also require a €100 deposit. Once this has been received, we’ll get started on the fun bit!

If you are going for one of our pre-designed invites, please advise on the order form. If you want to choose the bespoke custom design route, please advise of your ideas or send us your Pinterest board if you have one. If you require a phone call to discuss your bespoke ideas, please advise, and we can arrange this first.

Step 3. Proofing

Next comes the bit we love—the designs!

When we have received your order form, we will begin working on creating your invite design. We will send you a digital mock-up of your chosen design or bespoke design within one week.

Hopefully you’ll fall madly in love with the first draft you see, but don’t worry if you don’t, as we offer 2 rounds of alterations free of charge.

As there are a lot of extra items you can add to your order, like coloured envelopes, sticker seals, address labels, envelope pattern liners, tags, and more, we would like for you to see all these options. We will email you images of how your designs match up with various items, which will only make your invite shine even more. It’s totally up to you then how many extra items you wish to order.

*Remember to double check all spelling and dates are correct!

Step 4. Approval

When you are 100% happy with your design, we will confirm your quantities and send you prices and a sign-off form, which will have to be signed and emailed back prior to printing. Full payment is then required before we send your wedding order to print.

Step 5. Printing & Delivery

Printing: Standard printing takes approx. 7-10 working days. Specialised printing and finishing takes approx 14 working days. This includes finishing such as, e.g. envelope liners, torn edges, etc.

Delivery: We use Fastway Couriers and they take 2-3 days for deliveries. If you want a quicker delivery, you can choose An Post (next-day delivery). Please specify if you would prefer an express delivery at the order confirmation stage. International orders: To date, my designs have made their way to Australia, Dubai, the USA, and the UK. To place an international order simply contact me and we can go from there.

If you need them for a particular date, please let us know, and we will do our best to achieve this for you.
