How long does it take?

Once we receive your order form and €100 deposit, we aim to have a digital sample of your design suite within one week. After all changes are done and your final proof is signed off, we send the order to print, which can take up to 10 working days. We aim to have every project turned around within 3-4 weeks max. If you need your order for a particular date, please make us aware of this on your order form.

How many do we need?

It’s always better to have too many than too few. Also, it’s nice to keep a couple for keepsakes and a set for your photographer on the day. Remember most of your guests will be couples, so as a general rule, divide the total number of guests by 2, then add on an additional 15–20% for spares and last-minute changes to the guest list.

When should we send out our stationery?

Save the Date Cards: On average, Save the Date cards would be sent out between 12 and 18 months before the wedding. If you are getting married abroad, then you might want to do this a little earlier.

Wedding Invitations: This is totally up to you. On average, invitations would normally be sent out between 3-6 months before the wedding. If you choose not to send Save the Date cards, then you might decide to send your invitations a little earlier.

Wedding Day Stationery: We strongly advise ordering your wedding day stationery items 1 month before your wedding. Of course, if you have the information before then, we advise you to send it to us so we can get to work on your stationery and have everything ready in plenty of time.

Payment

Once your order is approved via email, the balance is then due, which we will outline on your order confirmation email. You can either pay via bank transfer or online at a payment page, which we will provide to you.

How do I view my stationery samples?

Digital samples and proofs are emailed to you to view what your stationery will look like. Two rounds of changes are given free of charge.

Colours: Please be aware that it is not a guarantee that the colours will be 100% exactly as you see on screen. Colours can differ from different computer monitors and mobile screens, along with different laser and inkjet printouts.

What are our Envelopes Options?

We do not print on envelopes, but we can add envelope liners to envelopes to enhance your invite. During the proofing process, we will send digital samples of envelope colour options that best match your design. Address labels are advised if you want to save yourself time and not write on your envelope.

Is there a Minimum Quantity?

Yes, we have a min of 50 for all products, except signage.

Can I see one printed first?

If you wish to see a physical sample before we print your order in full, this is no problem, the cost is €20, which we can add to your bill.

Delivery

Delivery costs: There is a €10 courier charge and we use Fastway Couriers (approx. 2-3 days delivery) or for a quicker delivery An Post (next-day delivery) is €20. Please specify if you would prefer an express delivery at the order confirmation stage.

International orders: To date, my designs have made their way to Australia, Dubai, the USA, and the UK. To place an international order simply contact me and we can go from there.
