Table plans are printed at A0, 840 x 1188 mm, in a rectangle, arch or circle.
Most weddings need one. Larger venues sometimes use two. Each plan is designed to match your invitations.
Shape
Every table plan is A0, 840 x 1188 mm. Each additional rectangle is €100, each additional arch or circle is €135. Prices shown are for the quantity above.
Did we print your invitations?
If we printed your invitations, your table plan design is already set up and matched. If not, we add €50 to recreate your style from scratch.

Made Just for your Wedding
Every piece is custom designed for your wedding, so you're never limited to the wording shown in our gallery. Whether you choose a Studio Gallery design, or a bespoke design, we can personalise the wording, colours, layout and sizing to suit your day.

How to Order
Email your table list to [email protected] and let us know if you'd like us to match your invitations, use a Studio Gallery design, or create a bespoke design.
Please check your guest list carefully before sending it, as we print from the details you provide.
Sizes
Our table plans are A0 (840mm x 1188mm). If you require a different size or shape, please advise at the ordering stage.
Proofs & Guest Names
Your first personalised design proof is sent for review, and we include two rounds of amendments at no extra cost. Additional proof rounds are €10 each, and we'll only send your table plan to print once you've approved the final draft by email.
Turnaround
We require a minimum of 2 weeks from final proof approval to delivery. If you need your table plan sooner, we offer a priority turnaround for an additional €25. Please let us know your wedding date when ordering.
Printing & Display
Our table plans are printed on premium-quality board for a professional finish. Please note that an easel is not included.
