How to Order
Please email us your text when you are ordering your invites; we will design, proof, and print these at the same time and have the same design for both.
What is Included?
The design of your invite is included, making all necessary changes that you require. The text on our invitations is fully customisable, so if you would like to add your parents names, or remove/replace some of the text on our template, that’s totally fine. The invitations are supplied with plain white envelopes, but we will show you how it looks with some fabulous additions like; coloured envelopes, sticker seals, envelope pattern liners and anything else we feel will enhance your invite and give it that WOW factor!
Quantities
We have a minimum order of 50 items. We do recommend that you order extra invites / cards for any mistakes that may be made when writing your invitations.
Colour
Colour changes are included in the price on our Studio Gallery, where possible. Please be aware that colours on screen might differ to the printed product. We do advise getting a printed sample of your invite before they are printed. This can be done once your digital sample is approved and the cost is €10
Wording
All wording can be changed, but we recommend to keep the number of words to roughly the same as the samples you see online.
Turnaround
Normal turnaround is 7-10 working days from approval of artwork. If you require your cards for a certain date, please let us know.
Cards & Paper
Only high quality cardstock is being used when producing your wedding stationery.

Old Mill Texture Card
Old Mill Texture is a soft white card range with a light embossed texture and a natural tactile feel.

The Pearlescent Metallic is a unique card with an elegant glimmer that adds a ‘shimmering’ effect to your invitations.
Woven Linen Card
Woven Linen is a crisp white contemporary textured wedding card.

The Order Process
Step 1. Get in Touch
We realise you may have lots of questions before placing an order, so you can get in touch by emailing sinead@invite.ie or give us a call on 064 6676100 / 01 211 8688.
We know there is nothing like a good old-fashioned chat! We’ll talk through what you have planned for your big day, your ideas, and how this can be reflected best in your stationery.
Step 2. Place your Order
We ask you to fill out our order form, which you can download here: simply fill this out with all your information and send it back to us via email to: sinead@invite.ie. This is required before we begin your artwork. We also require a €100 deposit. Once this has been received, we’ll get started on the fun bit!
If you are going for one of our pre-designed invites, please advise on the order form. If you want to choose the bespoke custom design route, please advise of your ideas or send us your Pinterest board if you have one. If you require a phone call to discuss your bespoke ideas, please advise, and we can arrange this first.
Step 3. Proofing
Next comes the bit we love—the designs!
When we have received your order form, we will begin working on creating your invite design. We will send you a digital mock-up of your chosen design or bespoke design within one week.
Hopefully you’ll fall madly in love with the first draft you see, but don’t worry if you don't, as we offer 2 rounds of alterations free of charge.
As there are a lot of extra items you can add to your order, like coloured envelopes, sticker seals, address labels, envelope pattern liners, tags, and more, we would like for you to see all these options. We will email you images of how your designs match up with various items, which will only make your invite shine even more. It’s totally up to you then how many extra items you wish to order.
*Remember to double check all spelling and dates are correct!
Step 4. Approval
When you are 100% happy with your design, we will confirm your quantities and send you prices and a sign-off form, which will have to be signed and emailed back prior to printing. Full payment is then required before we send your wedding order to print.
Step 5. Printing & Delivery
Printing: Standard printing takes approx. 7-10 working days. Specialised printing and finishing takes approx 14 working days. This includes finishing such as, e.g. envelope liners, torn edges, etc.
Delivery: We use Fastway Couriers and they take 2-3 days for deliveries. If you want a quicker delivery, you can choose An Post (next-day delivery). Please specify if you would prefer an express delivery at the order confirmation stage. International orders: To date, my designs have made their way to Australia, Dubai, the USA, and the UK. To place an international order simply contact me and we can go from there.
If you need them for a particular date, please let us know, and we will do our best to achieve this for you.

Place Your Order
To begin, please follow these steps:
- Complete the Order Form: Fill out the provided order form in detail. It’s crucial that you share your vision and specific design preferences to ensure we create the perfect invitations for your special day.
- Submit a €100 Deposit: A deposit of €100 is required to initiate the design process. This deposit is part of the total cost of your stationery and is non-refundable.
Upon receipt of your completed form and deposit, I will start designing a unique stationery suite tailored specifically for you. You will receive an initial design via email, along with samples of the complete suite. We offer the opportunity for revisions to refine the design to ensure it aligns perfectly with your expectations.
Additional Details:Â Please be as specific as possible when detailing your design requirements on the order form. Each invitation is crafted from scratch, and understanding your vision is essential. If you have a Pinterest board or any other inspirational material, feel free to share it; the more we know about your preferences, the better we can serve you.
